岗位职责
? assist training manager in the implementation of all training activities
协助培训经理关于培训活动的执行工作;
? urge to prepare training plan, complete the department monthly training reports.
督促准备培训计划,并完成部门培训月度检查报告;
? with related response of staff and sessions plan to monitor and evaluate the trainer's performance
借助相关的员工学习反应和往后的课程计划来督导和评估培训员的表现;
? assist training manager to collect training materials from staff, and responsible for the procurement and preservation of these materials
协助培训经理收集员工的培训材料,并且负责这些材料的采购和保存工作;
? preserve and the records of all training activities.
保存和更新所有培训活动的记录;
? communicate and coordinate with other departments to prepare the name list of training.
与其他部门交流和协调参加培训的人员名单;
? according to the requirements of leader to perform any other duties and responsibilities
